Terms and Conditions — CRP.001

By accessing or using any part of this website, placing an order, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or place any order.

These Terms apply to all users, visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses or uses our Service.

All products sold by CRP.001 are designed and manufactured in-house, to order. We do not hold pre-made stock. Each item is individually crafted after your order is confirmed and payment is received.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and fully accept that:

• Production begins only after full payment is received and confirmed.
• Each piece is handmade and may present minor variations in finish, texture, or dimensions that are inherent to the artisanal nature of our work. These variations are not considered defects.
• Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, material availability, and production complexity.

Estimated shipping time: 3 to 5 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

This timeline reflects our end-to-end production process: design, sourcing, manufacturing, quality control, and dispatch. It is not a guaranteed delivery date.

By placing an order, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that:

• Delivery may take up to 5 weeks or longer in periods of high demand.
• CRP.001 shall not be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier and are outside our control.
• No order may be cancelled due to shipping delays alone once production has begun.

We will provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Any questions regarding shipping status can be directed to our contact email.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CRP.001 does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances, whether the item is at full price or on sale.

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• No return or exchange will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect size selection, dissatisfaction with the product, or delay in delivery.
• Sale and discounted items are also final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or price adjustment.
• Given the made-to-order nature of our products, each item is produced specifically for you. Production begins immediately upon order confirmation, making returns economically and operationally impossible.
• It is your sole responsibility to verify sizing, product descriptions, and all available product information before placing an order. We encourage you to contact us before purchasing if you have any doubts.

Exception — Defective Items Only: In the rare event that you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (not including natural variations inherent to handmade production), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We reserve the sole right to determine whether a defect qualifies under this policy and to offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion. No cash refund will be issued even in the case of a confirmed defect.

Under French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the Code de la consommation), consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.

However, pursuant to Article L221-28 of the Code de la consommation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalized or made to the consumer’s specifications. All CRP.001 products fall within this exception as they are made-to-order and produced specifically following your purchase.

By placing an order, you explicitly acknowledge this exception and waive your statutory right of withdrawal.

All sizing information is provided in product descriptions. It is your sole responsibility to:

• Review all sizing guides and product details before purchasing.
• Contact us prior to purchase if you are uncertain about sizing or fit.

CRP.001 will not accept returns or issue refunds due to sizing issues. We strongly recommend reaching out before ordering if you have any doubts.

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed, as production begins immediately. In exceptional circumstances, cancellation requests submitted within 12 hours of order placement may be considered at our sole discretion. After this window, no cancellation will be accepted or processed.

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by French law. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at the time of purchase.

CRP.001 reserves the right to correct pricing errors. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Full payment is required before production begins. By submitting payment, you authorize CRP.001 to charge the full order amount.

In the event of a fraudulent or disputed payment, CRP.001 reserves the right to cancel the order and pursue legal remedies as appropriate.

All content on this website — including but not limited to designs, photographs, graphics, text, logos, and product visuals — is the exclusive intellectual property of CRP.001 and is protected under French and international intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit any content from this site without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CRP.001 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any products purchased.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CRP.001 and its team from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the website, or your violation of any applicable law.

In accordance with French law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we collect only the personal data necessary to process your order and communicate with you. Your data is never sold to third parties.

You have the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

CRP.001 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, supply chain disruptions, shipping carrier failures, or government actions.

You are prohibited from using this website or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon our intellectual property, to transmit harmful or malicious code, or to interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
